Snoopy's right. Based on Raging Bull posts, it seems that idiots called MPTV's office and actually made threats against the people who answered the phone. So I don't think we want the same type of thing to happen if the name of the lender gets out. Over on RB there's also a post by someone who called Peggy at MPTV. Supposedly Peggy said the name of the JVP will be announced next week. Even if the financing is locked down and they announce the name of the JVP, I don't expect a significant bump in the price of MPTV stock. I think once they start selling timeshares and show that they can run a business at a profit - then we'll see a nice steady price increase. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the info, Snoopy. I understand why you can't reveal the name of the 2nd lender. That's fine, but can you give us some idea of how big a player the 2nd lender is? Do they have a widely recognized name? Is it a public company traded on a major stock exchange? In other words, will the announcement be noticed by people besides those who already follow MPTV?

Also, will the 2nd lender have any role in the project besides simply lending the money? Will they have any active involvement in the development or promotion of the project? Thanks.
