IMO, DIR has great properties and if they finally start developing their properties seriously, then the stock will start to move permanently forward. However I have been trading this stock quite a bit, buying at low 20s and selling at high 30s. I keep a close watch on who's buying and selling. I would realy like to keep the stock long term but it's not showing signs that the company has any cash to maintain long term exploration and development. Cash is king.
