Oh gee, there's an original one: call in the certs! An old AZNT tactic, it does not work if there are inflationary pressures that occur when the crims are printing stock like pulp mills making toilet paper. For all you Francoise disciples, read post #4285 on the RB board. Let's see, in April, Francoise claimed the financials would be filed early May. Early May and they posted their crap finacials on the website and Francoise claimed they'd be filed within two weeks. Two weeks up, and he claims they'll be done by early June. Early June and he's predicting in late June they'll be filed and first quarter numbers posted. A week or so ago as late June was upon us Francoise posted it would be early July that we would get SEC filings and first and 2nd quarter number. Now from post #4285 we get "Filing of documents to go on NASDAQ should occur around the time ZSUN will report for the first time its 1st and 2nd Quarters results no later than the 27th of July 1999." It's so amazing that anyone even pays attention to Francoise anymore. I mean, how friggin many time will he have to be wrong, lol. Why is it that they're going to be able to post 2nd quarter numbers 27 days after the 2nd quarter, yet here we are almost 90 days after the first quarter and we have nothing? Of course they can put out a PR with 2nd quarter projections, lol. Finally note in Francoise posts where he says "one can usually expect to list on NASDAQ some 4 to 5 months after filing the application. Gee, though true, it sure is different than what he's been saying all along which is, they file with the SEC, wham bam thankya ma'am they're on the Nasdaq. I also see a post of Francoise's on RB where he thinks we'll get a big push toward late July early August. I agree, I claimed as much over a month ago. I said then this would be the end as they would come under pressure to release first and second quarter numbers showing how little they paid for OIA, and expenses paid to all the toutsheets. Mr. Burns
