I'm employed by a large utility who uses CKFR for Bill Presentment and we pay CKFR $.30 for each bill presented. Reason being, with all costs loaded in, it cost us around $1.10 to send out a bill. tktom, Do you have any statistics on how many people use EBP? As a customer I'd love to unload my mail box from the most of the garbage that gets there. There is only one small, but very important, obstacle on the way of EBP - I need something for my income tax file. If utilities promise to send me a consolidated statement at the end of the year, like my dentist does, I'll switch the same instant. And I will pay $1.10 for that statement.
