For what it is worth, I think HHD's chances of establishing itself as a place where people shop is somewhere between slim and none. And I don't think they believe they have a shot either. They are just too late.

But they may have two important assets.

The first is the e-commerce software. If they develop good software, it has a value. I hope they have a good patent attorney. This may be an area that has not been dealt with adequately. If their software is good, someone else will want it and be willing to pay dearly for it because time is money and this software takes time to develop.

The second asset is customers. Even if HHD never has enough customers to be viable, whatever customers it has will be worth something to others.

So my opinion is that this company will not be around 18 months from now. Hopefully it will be sold for $5 a share. That is my personal strategy.

Just one person's opinion...not meant to influence anyone to buy or sell, but I am interested in what you think of my analysis.
