The negativity in these shares is incredible.

The PDG 12 1/2 July call ask price was up 1/16 on Friday to 1/4 but the bid price went to zero.

Exsrch,

This is exactly what I have believed in the past. But, I am very bearish about whether that is ever going to happen if gold lost its importance as monetary backbone. When I looked around, those central banks told us that gold is not as important to them as it used to be. The world is changing. I begin to doubt if the old gold model will survive in the environment of "new world order" and the lightening speed of various trading tactics.

I believe that Mr. Warren Buffet had ABX in his mind. But, it will depend on his view the future of gold. I agree with you that ABX fit his model very well, but I doubt if he will buy this stock if he think gold is going further down. However, if he is very quietly buying ABX, we can bet that he think gold is going higher. The whole world will pay attention if we ever hear he make such move. That will be the most bullish signal ever. He will have to disclose his holding once he own 5 ? 6% of a public company Which will limit his ability to buy more at low prices. I would rather to believe that he is buying all of the XAU index stocks first. The XAU index is surprisingly holding well at this most bearish environment. Is he part of this play? I don't know. I doubt he will put money in gold stock if he doesn't know which direction of gold is moving. Let's wait and see.

Sincerely,
Wade
