If you would at a floorless company called TSIG.com, This is a company that I have invested in. This is Three month of hell and it not getting better. Zeev came in and warned all of us, but we, as any long term investor in a company took this as bashing and, that is human nature. Don't write off Zeev as a basher , He is not interested in that type of BS. If I would have gotten out I would have save $10,000.00. There are other investors that have lost a lot more than I have. 40k-50k-60k is some of the money that is gone from investor and there families. I'm sorry to see this company has PP's financing . They will eat you alive and not give a damn. I'm sorry I even have to post this on the thread but, I have been there and I will never go there again. BE SAFE!

Paul, none of those other internets had to resort to floorless financing, they got a bunch of money at very good "rates". UOLP is already rapidly approaching the first target of $5.5. I would guess a strong bounce from the $5.75 back too about $7, since I am not sure the bandits have finished "laying out" their hedge. In situations like this, however, such a bounce might not even materialize. A death spiral might be initiated at once. Holders of CTYS never had a chance to bail out.

Paul, Another reason to be careful is that these floorless issues are becoming known in the investment community as good short candidates. Like it or not, this is going to bring pressure to bear on the stock. I have learned, very painfully, that it is much better to step aside and let the train roll by, than to stand defiantly in its path. My coffers would be a great deal fuller if I had followed this bit of advice.
