Jake, Delmars from last year is probably sold.
Some of the others like Clawson are from the compensation scheme.

But Kelly's Coffee and Oasis (earlier FXWA) are restricted from stock swap last year around this time, and as such those almost 19MM shares must follow the rules for restricted shares. Not that this # hurt, more the principles!.
