US.ase Of note working capital according to their latest Financials is only $400000.. Their revenues are not even released...61 million shares are outstanding....Overpriced stock ??

Swami you really need to throw that kind of logic out the window when you are dealing with these types of stocks. It doesn't work with most volatile Internet stocks... you might want to wait till the action has slowed down.

I would be even more careful about shorting this stock at this high price then I would be about going long on it. Remember what I said about Internet stocks flying high on the Nasdaq? One of the reasons they did fly so high is that along with all the buying coming in because of the positive press, the uncontrollable buying usually takes all of the shorts out along the way.... this of course causes a great demand for the stock and the price has no limit.

I think this stock is risky no matter which way you look at it... the only guarantee here seems to be that the volatility will be high so it makes for a great daytrading stock if the volume keeps up. So short it or go long but make sure you do it quickly and do it often. This could be a dream daytrading stock.

I would wait at least a half hour after monday's open to make a decision which way to go. Also I would try to clear any short positions before lunch time if you do decide to short it. Lunch may be a repeat of the open on these types of stocks... lots of traders are lunch time traders because they have regular jobs.

There is a man I heard about who lost $10M shorting EBAY. There's another man who lost $100M shorting Internet stocks ... he will never be able to recoup his losses. If you go long the maximum you can lose is 100%. If you go short, there is no limit to your losses.
