It will be very good for @home to cut down on installers running the cable around the house to places where TV didnt normally go.

Its funny you should mention that part. A while back Comcast ran cable for TV up my driveway (still waiting for ATHM, promised in the third quarter)Of course, like all us rabid ATHM longs I had to question him about ATHM installations and how long did they take, etc. These guys are subs and they are paid piece work by the installation, so you can imagine I'm asking this guy questions while he is frantically trying to find the fastest way to get me installed, get out of here and go to the next install. He told me that he used to do ATHM installations, but that he went back to just cable TV installs because the ATHM install took too long and he couldn't make as much money. I asked if this was because he had problems with the different computers. He said no,it was because people had their computers all over the house, so they wanted cable run in all kinds of weird places and TVs were mostly in rooms where there was already a cable in the wall.
