I would only disagree with you regarding posting to try to pull a price down. I've always found that to be a rather disgusting practice. I hope these boards don't spawn a whole generation of "Mr. Pink's".

My reason for getting out is that, while I see progress, I also see the possibility that this management has quite a mountain to climb to become "The Compleate Executive". What we have right now is some good salesmen matched with a great product. If their stated goal was to sell out to Delco or someone within a year, that might be enough. But if the objective is to build a small company into a large one and then operate it successfully, then I see a high probability of some stock-price-killing bumps in the transition they are about to try to make-and no guarantee that they can be successful.

Therefore I'd get back in if I see either a price back below 1 1/2 (where I think undervaluation can be assumed), or solid evidence that there's a shrewd and savvy CEO staying in the office and calling the shots. As for the the latter, there won't be a bell rung somewhere if it happens, it will have to be a risky estimate on my part.

Put simply, along with the probability of the company's future success, there is also some possibility that that success will follow the departure of Jimmy and Myles, and a stock price back at 1/4 to 3/8. Nothing to do now but keep watching.

Bill on the Hill has been one of the good guys on this board for a long time. His past descriptions of life in the Rockies were wonderful. I'd be extremely surprised that his motive would be to lower the stock price. He's just frustrated like a lot of us of false statements and self-imposed deadlines that aren't met and no explanations of why not. However, I agree with you the courtship of MRPS by NationsBank is big and that a little more patience is warranted now.

Dear Zeus,

I am not trying to knock the price back to a buck. I want the price at $5 or more. I own shares now and if I wanted shares I would buy them on the open market at todays price or should I say Monday's price. I do not want to manipulate the price. I know that most may find this hard to believe but I am not smart enough and do not have time enough to do that. Believe it or not. I want lots of shareholders, full financials, lots of contracts, peace on earth and goodwill toward men.

If you viewed my postings you know that I have been a supporter of the stock since the beginning. I do have a profit in this stock. I sold most of my core holdings as I stated previously and kept free shares. I buy stocks to make a profit. I respect what Brian, Dave, Jon and the SSA team have done working for the good of a small company that has a great product and a team of sales people that sound like they could sell ice to eskimos.

This is out of character for me. The reason I have taken this stance is because I want the share count firm, profit stated accurately and to know what is owed and what is owned. This company is a little gem that could do very well for itself but only if they hold themselves to task.

You all can be as disappointed in me as you want and that does not change what I have stated. I used to read what learnstocks would write when he posted under his own name and think to myself that he should give the company some time to get the act together before he attacked. Well, the company has had the time and has released statements that they would be releasing the financials. Guess what? So far no financials. At least audited SEC documents. How long does it take to pick up the phone, call and make an appointment and get the documents done? There is more than meets the eye here and this is a public company. They need to do more than give press releases. Do the financials.

I agree about the critical mass of the company. This is where the rubber meets the road. I am not the enemy here, time is.

And I am not whining. I am flat out stating it for all to hear so get off my ass all you name calling SOB's. I own my right to state my opinion.

SO POST YOUR NO GOOD NAME INFERRING POSTS TO SOMEONE ELSE.

Bill - (Zeus that last line was not meant for you.)
I am just a little bit pissed. You ought to see me when I am mad. Anger is my personal demon.
