Please understand that it a MM has stock to sell it can go off anywhere from the ask down. Watching the price tells you that. MMs know there is 60K out there to sell then they will sell all anyone wants and the once they have sold the amount out there boom they take the inventory. You have to be knowledgeable of level 3 ... Now those large blocks no investor is just going to tag off. ALso if you watch the volume on a daily basis it is increasing and the price is not movving much plus it is fraught with off shore convertible debentures. Not to mention other financing and it has a solid quad from where those were made. Read the filings look at the TA and you will see it. :-) GB
