Thanks again. I think I am starting to understand the whole picture again.

Just some more tid-bits, let us not forget:

The promise of electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) is widely recognized among banks and billers.

"It dwarfs payroll, it dwarfs taxes. It's probably the biggest kind of routine financial transaction that exists," said Bill Harris, Intuit's chief executive.


I guess we need to remember that Checkfree really is way ahead of the competition (Transpoint and TEX). Even before TEX gets started Checkfree has the major billers locked-up. What we need and have been waiting for is this sleepy market to wake-up. TEX and Transpoint, if successful in their endeavors, may do just enough to do speed up market adoption. This in turn will wake up the sleeping Giant we all call Checkfree.

The more I look at it, the more I like TEX entering the market. Of course tomorrow when I am confused again, I will probably change my position on this. :-)
