No warning as of now. However they book sales as their customers use product which is on consignment at the customers location. So it takes longer for them obtain the data necessary to record sales - which is why they might pre-announce later than WDC and MXTR. Recent price action seems to be anticipating that they will miss their #. It is getting late. Perhaps they will make their numbers because they picked up some additional sales by suppling heads for SEG's lower end drives.
