Snoopy, I understand that you are not positive of who the lender is and that you would not disclose the name even if you were sure. That's fine. But based on your "good idea of who it is," does the entity you have in mind have a widely recognized name? Is the entity a public company traded on a major stock exchange? In other words, will the announcement be noticed by people other than those who already follow MPTV, if in fact the lender is the entity you have in mind? I'm not fishing for clues as to an identity. I'm just trying to get a perspective on the possible potential here. Send a PM if you prefer. Thanks.

With all due respect Snoopy you can only take a guess. It is simply not possible for you to know "who" the JV when MPTV does not know which JV possibility they will select. You sound very intelligent but this quesiton simply does not have an answer today. God forbid your source is Neil! If that is true I take back my compliment. TO all others things are looking very good and JV deal should surpass (for once) our expectaitons as it relates to project scope. Take Care.
