I agree.
I'm about 90% invested looking forward to a rate hike and a strong earnings season. The first third of JULY is seasonally strong according to stock almanacs.

I think you will see a market rally if we get a .25 raise. But it won't include most internet stocks. Just look at the action on the DOT friday. For the first time since the CPI rally, the DOT was the downside leader. The optimistic scenario is stocks like AOL, CMGI, YHOO hold at the levels seen on June 15.
