OK Hank you win. Ligand IR predicted 4Q98 but since they did not officially release it in writing (it only appeared in 5 or 6 of your posts plus in a Bear Sterns summary) then it really never was intended to happen in 4Q98. Just a figment of my imagination. Since Ligand missed the 4Q date they came out in Feb99 and said first half 99 so that means they never intended to shoot for 4Q98 and they were on time with the filing. Its nice that a company can miss their orignal schedule and come out with a revised schedule and say they are on time and the original schedule never existed. Next thing you will tell me is that Ligand never went down to the five/ six dollar level and we all imagined that also.
