MakeMoney - what is your opinion of the dilution occurring in TSIG and the effect that this has on shareholders ? With the huge # of shares you bought between 30-50 cents - does it not concern you in any way that with massive dilution - your ownership in the company is worth significantly less than it was before. This combined with the resulting decline in the value of your TSIG shares ? Have you even taken dilution into consideration ?

Do you plan on buying TSIG (perhaps by doubling or tripling the number of shares originally bought in order to average down - and to lower your breakeven point) regardless of how low the share price declines or regardless of how massive the dilution is ? Keep in mind that the PP holders are able to convert at a 30% discount to the average market price.

With the increasing dilution, do you think that a reverse split is a possibility ? What is your opinion of reverse splits ? Would you support a reverse split for TSIG under certain circumstances ?

<<right now - all of the really smart (PROFESSIONAL) stock market
investors that i have talked to think that buying shares of TSIG stock at these stock prices is absolutely one (1) of the very BEST money making opportunities available in the stock market today.>>

To validate your statements - are any of the "really smart (PROFESSIONAL) stock market investors" that you rely on who advised you that "buying shares of TSIG stock at these stock prices is absolutely one (1) of the very BEST money making opportunities available in the stock market today" willing to put their reputation on the line and provide their names ? Are these the same "PROFESSIONAL" stock market investors that advised you to buy large numbers of shares in the 30-50 cent range ? What do they think about the floorless convertible that TSIG entered into ?

It would seem to me that it is paramount to stop the decline in the share price which will then limit the dilution. With proper execution of existing deals - TSIG has the earnings side of the equation covered. If TSIG can limit the dilution - I am very positive about the future of TSIG. MY FRIEND!
