Actually, as I look over the conversion letter, I just noticed
the only problem is these shares are governed by the Section
144 ruling which prohibits us from selling the shares. I thought
as part of the settlement agreement we were to have freely
tradable shares? As I can see it, I am holding a new
certificate, but with a new name that's worthless. Any of you folks see it differently? Not sure whether we should send them in.
