If you kill someone with malice aforethought, it's called murder one, or some variation thereon, and here in Virginia it is punishable by death. Regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, or whatever. It is heinous beyond belief. "Unacceptable" isn't the word for it. I think it's just as heinous when a man kills a child he raped to keep the child from telling anyone, or a man rapes and tortures a woman and then kills her, or a burglar kills a little old lady who surprises him and struggles with him, or a man kills a convenience store clerk when he robs it. Those people did nothing to deserve death, either, and I don't think we should trivialize their deaths by making categories for dead people.
