Hello Claude and all, Just got back from vacation and checked the price of Cadre - Wow! Once again I'm excited about Cadre. I've been pretty rough on management in the past and have been calling for some extreme action to be taken by other major shareholders. I hope this is the beginning of Stan & Page making me eat all my negative words. If they pull this off I'll be the first to apologize to and congratulate them. Still a way to go to get to my average, but if they strike the deal I know I'll finally make some money. It's been more than 3 years for me but I've held out and intend to see this one out till the end. Hopefully, I'll feel comfortable enough to lock in the caps soon. Still watching and waiting, Joel
