Sometimes briefing nails it sometimes they don't. You obviously have to use your own judgement. I hit two takeover plays this year due to a small writeup in briefing.com. FORE & XYLN more than paid for allot of subscription fees. Briefing is just one of the many sources available to me. When I get info that is pertinent I will post it whether it supports long or short positions. I should have posted my positions with my info post. I'm a position / swing trader and here are my long positions: CMTO ATHM MSFT INTC QQQ SPY XLK I don't post my short positions. Most people don't have the expertise nor inclination to sell short. Besides, I don't have the time to post shorts in a timely manner.
