I think your comments are right on. I was just pointing to Sears as an appliance site.

Frankly I think the Sears effort is DOA unless they discount from their retail price,
which I find doubtful.

The Sears site does not work correctly. Pick at item, lets say the washer Michelle linked, and chose order. They will ask for your zip code to see if it can be delivered to you. I promise you it cannot regardless of your zip code. This is an inaccuracy in their web site. I tried the zip code for my store in Erie which is one mile from a Sears "regional" store. That answer was it cannot be delivered ther??
