El, I agree. I think it's real simple....Name a CEO, state the company vision and direction, sell/spin off Alta Vista, and the stock's at 30 in short order. Then once word gets out that it's another great Christmas season, and we're at 40...simple as that...Then fundamentals will kick in - We'll have the option to sell @40+ around the end of Feb, or hold for higher if there's smooth sailing ahead at that point. I'll hold if management can be trusted, and sell if I have any doubts. Robbie
