Greg: I guess I just don't follow your argument. The market has decided Ancor should trade where it is. Your argument is very similar to the argument that Ancor should trade in the 80s. Different reasonings, different conclusions, and both obviously wrong. That's what makes all this so interesting, and so silly.

Best regards,

Starowl

<< I don't buy silly valuations, I do buy high valuations for demonstrated growth.
There are plenty of growth stories, demonstrated growth stories in technology that are not valued in your market.>>

Imminent growth seems demonstrated to some, apparently--it is just not in the rearview mirror--yet.

Greg,

<< FORE was bought out at maybe 4x sales, Cisco is also silly.
I don't know where Cscc oir stratacom went but I'd guess near 8x sales which in 1997 was a pretty high valuation, this was the Cisco valuation back then. Now its 18x. >>

And this is when they were sold. For a time when the ATM world was in its highest growth phases, I would bet that FORE CSCC and Stratacom had valuations WAY above 4-8 X sales. I may be wrong.

That Ancor should be trading at $4 is absurd. Especially after HDS, SUNW, nStor, Consan, Prisa, Inrange, etc...

Perhaps you will pay to see demonstrated growth next year? ;-)

I do wonder with your thinking how you make ANY money in the stock market? ;-))

cheers,
pigboy

There were over 1 million reasons on Friday why this price is where it is today.

Read back the past 3 months of posts here. I loathe just thinking about anyone allowing you to engage them in this discussion at this level on this board other than what pigboy has already stated. The very nature of your patently ignorant comments and questions about ancr (and comments about csco) speak for themselves. I hope people here leave you alone.
