My suggestions to VALH management (Are you people reading the threads?): First stop in doing due diligence is visiting the Website, and yours makes the company look unprofessional and conveys the wrong first impression. Highlight the areas with the greatest revenues and earnings. Good job in posting links to the latest press releases very prominently on the home page. However, why not excerpt a key sentence or two (mention revenues and earnings) so you don't have to follow the link to get the jist of it? It's key to keep making the primary focus of the site the lumber enterprise, and then (oh, by the way) the holding company also has the other following divisions... Right now, you go to the home page, one of the first things you see is VALH's Viagara substitute, Virilite. This should be at the absolute bottom of the page, and you should have to scroll way down to see it. This product may or may not be legitimate, but at any rate it casts doubt on the whole company. A claim is made that its efficacy has been proved in scientific studies, but there is no link to the research that backs up this claim, creating the impression that it is a scam. It frankly scared me off a little, but due to the earnings/prospects of the lumber division, I was willing to overlook it. Looking for ways for VALH to increase its appeal to a wider group of investors, and this struck me as an easy solution requiring little time or investment that could pay off for all of us. I was ready to let this go but you obviously are not. You just DON'T get it!? NO ONE accused you of posting false info. You simply, in good faith, distributed a company PR containing GREAT news. The very news that pushed me over the last doubts I had in making my investment. Nothing wrong with the news...or sharing it with a few friends by PM or on one or two threads where you post tips from time to time. The problem is spamming. Putting this ALL over SI on numerous threads all at the same time. IT IS THE IMPRESSION that this type of activity conveys that is destructive, not the message of the post. THINK ABOUT IT. If you doubt me...here is an anonymous message I received from a friend I had advised by PM about my investment in VALH and belief that it is a true OTC:BB gem: Lots of spamming and pushing going on with VALH...even people admitting it! It might see a short-term rise, but be quicker on a fall..Be careful. This is just one of many similar messages I recieved following your spamming campaign. What was done is done. Just be open to learning from it. I am not condemning you and appreciate your enthusiasm in this company and look forward to your insights and thoughts on the stock in the future. But please don't spam the stock again. Thank you for your consideration in this matter and I truly hope you understand that this is not a personal attack. It is a discussion of the pros and cons of the method of information desimination you undertook on this stock. I simply believe there are much better and more discreet ways to deal with getting the word out which don't raise red flags for other potential investors like spamming does. Now...I am done with this issue. I request we go PM if there is anything more to be aired out, from whomever on this issue. Lets use the thread to talk about VALH! :] GO VALH!!!
