Thanks zeev, learned a bunch tonight. Reread the document again with the focus being these preferred I speak of. The CEO and another key person , controls the company in which the preferred were placed. So they gave themselves the preferreds, indirectly, and with no restrictions. None. Like you said the Board Deemed it and there it is. The board can also issue more of these Preferred at any time as it sees fit, up to 10 Million authorized. I don't like the smell of it. Much apreciate your input.
