Firstly, do you suppose that the new music signifies anything? Probably not, but it would be a great opportunity to label his market views - one tune for his bullish view, another for vigilance, still another for a gift horse and a special one for inflection point. Of course, he would have to pre-announce the last one in MarkeTimer so only subscribers would understand the meaning!!

Secondly, in the show today, he referred to the market as "meandering." In previous shows he has talked about the market being in a state of "distribution." Are these the same? Or what is the difference?

Justa,

SFAM mentioned in BARRON's as a turnaround play but that's still better than most mentions companies get from that journal.

UTEK got an order for its old stuff. Big deal. They talked up taking a 25% market share in mask-making equipment and haven't yet got revenues for their first machine. And the sector, both ETEC and the merchant mask makers, seem to have problems showing any growth. ... or at least profitably.

So we've still got promises from UTEK: PGILD and V2500. But we don't have stunning growth in earnings or revenues.

There's good reason for some skepticism by the market, IMHO.

Ian.
