In fact, during his administration he did sign legislation to reduce the capital gains tax.

Hey, I didn't vote for him. Except for some social issues I consider myself a conservative. I like him no more than you do. My previous post was an attempt to convey a certain amount of sardonic humor and wasn't intended as a political endorsement.

Even less than an improper relationship, all he said was "pubic hair" and that constituted sexual harassment to feminists at the time.
