Just my view but I have known the GMH people for a while, and been a share holder for years.

Their only other asset consists of gold properties, and they have been needing money for a little while. Borrowing always implies putting somebody in a position to make your decisions, whether it is personal or corporate. This type doesn't allow anybody else to even influence their decisions, let alone make them.

During the past decade they raised close to $100 million for Lytton, New INdigo, and GMH and who knows how many others, so they are very market wise. How else would they wind up in the controlling position ? They will not only be onside they will strongly influence what is done, and there's no reason to think that means delays necessarily. Feel confident that all has been foreseen and planned forand that the PP was definitely done as a profit making move.

My eyes are on Glenmore.

Cheers
