<<Given PFE is in effect trading around 33 post split now, I can see it breaking 30 and testing 52 week low.>>

I really don't think so.

People who never bought a share of PFE will now grab it at

a split price of 33.

IMHO,
Manny T.

I disagree based on recent splits of ATHM, INTC, LU, DELL. After the split they kept rising until the market drew them down. I know these are different companies but PFE at 33 is more attractive - psychologically at least. That is the case with splits and perhaps why they do them. It is a bullish move. Besides I believe PFE's been battered down anouth (by 1/3 from recent high) and that the pharma sector itself is overdue for a rebound.

Or breaking $40 for seeing $50 or above post split.
