Jeff -- You must have read my mind. I had hoped to add Northchurch to my research but couldn't find the right web address. Subject searches resulted in all sorts of churches. Yes, I've heard about the company and am especially impressed with the engineer they snagged from Argon. I don't know if it's on NN's list of affiliates to bring in-house, but it seems like a good fit. I'm certainly glad to see IronBridge coming out of the closet at the Broadband conference in July. It's seldom mentioned among the terabit start-ups and really should be. Pat
