Indeed. And according to my data, it doesn't:

MSI MS-6167 - ATX, Slot A, 100/200MHz, 3DIMM (768MB max), 1 AGP, 4 PCI, 3 ISA

Anyway, these specs may or may not have any validity, but that's what I've seen... and unfortunately, I tend to believe them. I would have preferred to see 3 ISA slots less... but then that's just me.
