I don't know if a get together is planned right now.... Yesterday was kind of an ad hoc thing. First, I started describing the best place to get fireworks in the southeast, and then thought... "Hey, let's go up there..." So we went and re-supplied the arsenal. I'm meeting kathyh of the wicked & Dawg's threads on July 6th in Austin. I even got a roll of 2000 firecrackers, so we can "leave our mark" when we get there - if you want to go to Austin. Or, on the 7th we are going to Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort in New Braunfels. ( schlitterbahn.com ) I'll be traveling with 6 kids (I'm the 7th), and we all love the water. Then on the 8th (my birthday) we'll start meandering our way back to Atlanta probably via Houston, then up 59 to I-20. I think a lot of the threadsters are considering meeting in Las Vegas for some NASCAR event.. I've done the Richard Petty driving school in Vegas, and it's a trip! Depending on when that get together is, (probably Sept 25 Winston West Series)(http://www.nascar.com/tracks/vegas/index.html - turn one is a bear!) I sure would like to go. I'd love a day at the LV International Motor Speedway and about 4 days around town. E'Lane said she would have to do that trip, and I think we could bend Dolfan's arm to attend. All we need is Silver_7... and I don't remember who else is in the Southeast here... Whatdoyou and whatdoeseverybodyelse think about that? A mini DGIV conference in Vegas around Sept 25?
