Just off the top of my head (not motivated to do the DD anymore), FSII has about $80 million in cash and the Surface conditioning business should be worth about $75 Million and say another $75M for Microlithography business. This is about $10 a share. Throw in another buck or two for the recent sale of Chem Mgmt. So at rock bottom it's worth should be about $12 which is better than the $7 and change it's selling for. Send the management out the door and maybe you could get 14. Sounds like a good opportunity for someone with a big checkbook. What ever happened to corporate raiders? BTW I'm not short on this one. Just a disgusted former shareholder.
