If vote {tender} is yes your shares voted no become 13$ each. the time frame just seals the offer as of that date if the majority of shares are tendered by then. If there is not a majority at that time then they can look at the figures for this Q and try again returning the tendered shares. What i find more interesting is why this company has just purchased 6% of APCO at 12.81$ Fallon Group pays about 9 and 1/4 millon dollares to make 136,800$$ !!!???? WHY OH WHY are they investing in this company now. Some thing may be coming ar.
