Siemans--Does Siemans have access to the new high speed Silicon Carbon Germanium technology? I understand it is not only fast, but also has improved high temperature resistance compared to other simiconductor materials.

Stock options--They definitely sold a lot of stock. The question is whether they needed the cash to exercise more options in the future as well as for personnal expenses. I'm thinking they need cash first to exercise the future vesting options and second to pay ordinary income taxes on the difference in Fair MArket Value and the price at which they exercise the options. Some of these people will have many options vesting in the future, which in my opinion, they need to exercise asap for tax reasons. They need to exercise the options prior to Q's market price shooting up.
