If the "bubble creates wealth", then the reverse will be true if and when the bubble bursts. "Wealth will be wiped out" if the market is overpriced and comes back to "reality" (if that's an appropriate use of the word).

If the current market is a bubble, then it's important to use the Ponzi Scheme analogy. Those last in will be the ones hurt the worst. Those who have "taken profits" and not left themselves exposed will be the only ones who really did allow the bubble to create wealth.
