Interesting information in the FP. Do you see some selling occurring because of this? I couldn't make head or tails out of the "reselling restrictions", and wonder if their is a hold period on the shares created from the exercise of the warrants. Legal documents are pretty cryptic as far as my understanding of them goes. I was a little alarmed of the implied book value of the company and assume that has changed somewhat. I am long on MCF having sold half my position on the day it ran to $12--alas I sold at $6!!! Thanks, Dan
