Thanks Uptickin 1. I believe we meet most of the NASDAQ requirements but still fall short of one or two. They can be rectified with a minor offering. 2. A NASDAQ listing is in the plans. However, given our background, we probably want to list on the TSE in Toronto first then head to NASDAQ. This could be within a few months not a few years. 3. I cannot share the financial package being discussed but I can say that the typical elements are an upfront payment, ongoing royalty streams, a small investment, some exclusivity over particular market segments. However, not all elements will be present in each deal. The size of the deal will depend on our capability to enter into the market on our own. 4. To get a profile on Yahoo, I am told we have to be on a major exchange; back to points 1 and 2. Thanks for your continued support. Hatim
