DoubleOddBuck, howdy - I was stunned to learn that "China is now offering asylum to Milosevic." China is not going to be ignored in the world matters anymore, I believe that was evident when the chinese spoke to Americans and was speaking from behind the Presidential Seal of the United States of America, with little red buddy clintonista standing to the chinese speaker's right.
