I have nothing against homebuilders; it was the vague, mealy-mouthed rhetoric coming from this distinguished panel of "experts" that pissed me off. You can be sure that every one of them takes home a few million per year for managing other people's money, people who don't know any better than to buy these dead wood mutual funds. End of rant. Back to our regularly scheduled program.

Jeff, TIE had a nice run and I am thinking about cashing out. Put in a sell for half of holdings at 13 3/8, a lucky number, which is not too far from the rumor buyout of 15-16. If it goes, it will be another 50% ringer for me. Have you had a chance to look at it? Chart looks really good too. finance.yahoo.com MAPX is another value/momentum play that will catch this summer's software wave: fnews.yahoo.com Up 15% on Friday, and on its way to 50% in 3 months.
