George...Please check out Rule 168, subsection (c) of Article IV and see if it allows Roy just to withdraw entries at his own whims.

I tell you, people who can't grow tomatoes will try to get away with anything!! Tomatoes are delicate fruits, and can sense integrity!! Watch Roy closely.

George, I am a little confused....

Is there any connection between the tomato contest and the Spudding Date T-Shirt?

Just in case~~~~~~~~I hereby certify that I ate the first ripe "Cherry" tomato out of my garden on June 30, 1999. As to the spudding, don't confuse that with the "actual start" date of project Ekho. While the latter is more likely to be this week, the "actual spudding" may not take place for another four weeks as Halliburton must bring in tons of equipment and other logistics for the effort.

Please have the rules committee review their criteria carefully so that I can adjust my entry accordingly. If the rules committee determines that the commencement of activity at the well site is the determinate date, please advice immediately so that I can roll back the clock and calendar on my estimate.

your friend, Lucky Dog

P.S. I ate the tomato without any Salt & Pepper to spice things up!
