Robert, we have kind of been expecting a secondary or a stock split for SFP for some time. Looks like the analyst with target of $51 may have a good number for some time.

On the other hand JAKK offered a secondary around $20 and it briefly dipped back and then has been pretty strong since, maybe the same will happen to SFP and pull back to low 40s for another buy opportunity.

Warm here, how about Spokane. <G>

The SPO for SFP actually will be accretive and increase EPS. The SPO will be used to retire SFP's debt. The savings in interest payments will add more than enough to profits to make up for the increase in the number of shares. Do the math -- it works out to be a plus, not a negative.
