I simply cannot resist just one more post, and regardless of the fact that I expect to be labelled "faithless" and the recipient of abuse.

It is beyond me how any corporation can claim to be profitable when (a) it doesn't pay a salary to its CEO, and (b) it makes no provision for the cost of equity issued to third parties (e.g. Risso) in consideration of services rendered.

It has been mentioned on this thread that the Company intends to sue Risso for recovery of the shares in question. However, until such time as judgement and recovery is effected, then any prudent accounting practice would provide for the cost in full.

If, and when, a new firm of accountants is appointed, watch out for a major restatement of these recently published "so called" financials.
