Who were the underwriters on CAIS? Bear Sterns and Volpe.
How about NPNT-GS and MS
How about COVD-BS, GS, and DLJ
Who has the highest market cap? NPNT
NPNT MC=4.14 B
COVD MC= 3.35B
If one assumes NPLS will have a MC of say about 3 B, since the underwriters are GS and ML, then the share price would be about $57.00, hmmmm. At about a 2 B MC, NPLS would be about 38.00.
At this point, I'll take the chance on NPLS.
I would still like to see some negative press on NPLS though.

NPLS total outstanding will be 53,000,000...

Market cap @ 15 share price = $795 million

Don't have figures handy for CAIS or Northpoint. Do have shares handy for CAIS. Wish I did not have.
