>>any thoughts on entry point?<<

gary,
that is an excellent question. one i am not qualified to answer.

i can tell you what i have done..i have bought shares as low as 53 and as high as 100. i bought a bunch friday on the dip under 90. as i accumulate funds in the future i will continue to buy. i never claimed any knowledge of stock pricing. i buy rmbs when i can afford it without regard to its price.this averaging has worked beautifully for me so far. one of the most tech and rambus savvy people i know told me he bought a bunch at 100 a few days ago (he has over 10,000 shares now). i thought on friday we are on a dip from 109 long term and a dip from 102 short term. that seems like a buying opportunity to me. if it goes up, i am in. if she dips some more, hopefully it will be on a day i have some $ around like friday.
good luck,
unclewest
edit: fwiw i believe the lowest rmbs pe this year was around 190.
