I did not post the logic.

It was not really my intent to go into the why of the sale. I was just looking for advice on the when part.

FWIW, as to the why...
1) installation/rampup delays
2) threat from AOL (they'll come up with some way to hurt ATHM)
3) long term threats from satellite and fiber optics (Cable is just a stepping stone to fiber, and will clog up in a few years)
4) members.home.net
5) threat from legislators. It sounds like if ATHM ever gets the monopoly/domination it seeks, the legislators will then force the socialist open access on them.

And, my AMZN is up about 25x, my HLTH is up 2.5x, and ATHM up 5x.
