Do you have statistics on that, Ish? Particularly on the water part. What water? Where? I am talking about American agricultural products. In any event, even though products are moved by railroad, they don't actually get to stores that way. They are trucked to the railroad cars, and trucked away from them at their destination. Wide roads in good repair are absolutely essential to that system. California highways and freeways are jammed with trucks carrying agricultural products to market.
