Russ, I don't believe any action is necessary from shareholders to effect the conversion from Benz Ltd. to Inc. Not sure of the precise reasons why they are doing it. Companies traded here in the US almost all have either "Inc." or "Corporation" in their name, not "Ltd."). I know they plan to eventually trade here on a listed exchange. I'm basically taking the summer off from following Benz. I probably would not be able to answer too many questions you may have on this company until September, when I plan to awaken again. Good luck to all Benz fans!
